Our Team
The GLOW Consultants team consists of dedicated and experienced individuals who have been conducting development consultancy services since 2014, when the company initiated operations. Our Team at GLOW Consultants consists of individuals from multi-disciplinary backgrounds. Our senior team members are field experts bringing academic expertise and over 15 years of development sector experience to the table, having worked in different parts of the world, for various international organizations. Our core Program Team consists of Program Officers and Analysts who are supported by our team members from Human Resources, Administration, and Accounting and Finance. The experience brought forward by these experts works in synergy with the rest of the team, including a database of consultant experts and enumerators who work with us on different assignments as needed. We have a network over 2,000 field researchers across the country and pool of experts in gender, education, finance, law, WASH, livelihood, health, Food and Nutrition, and other Humanitarian areas to support with different activities.
Our team at GLOW bring a variety of transferable skills, language expertise, and academic and professional experience to every assignment to ensure all our assignments are completed in the most efficient and productive manner.

Zaki Ullah: Team Lead
Zaki has been with GLOW since 2014 as a founding member. He has a Master’s in in Management & Implementation of Development Projects from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. Zaki is also an engineer, having completed a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Environmental Engineering.
As a senior assessment expert, Zaki’s area of specialty is monitoring, evaluation, validation, quality assurance and data analysis. He worked in 100+ different surveys and assignments over the last 15 years. Zaki has worked with local governments in Australia and in Pakistan. Zaki has experience in 3rd party monitoring for DFID in different parts of Pakistan. He has worked with UNICEF in Sindh as Provincial Coordinator, CARE International and IRC. Besides he also worked within public sector in Pakistan and Australia.
Saeed Ullah Khan: Team Lead
Saeed is a founding member at GLOW, since 2014. Saeed has a Master’s in Development Economics from the University of Sussex, United Kingdom as well as a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with focus on development management, from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Pakistan. He has also completed the following courses: National Security Workshop, National Defense University, Pakistan; Advance Course in Non-Violent Conflict, The Fletcher School, USA; Strategic Frameworks for Non-profits Organizations, Harvard University, USA; and Human Development: From Theory to Practice, UNDP/Oxford University.
Saeed brings extensive multi sectoral experience across Pakistan especially in large scale survey handling, and proven track record of leading large scale assignments. He has over 15 years of experience in design, management, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation and evaluation of development and humanitarian programmes. As Team Lead, Saeed has successfully delivered over 50 different survey and related assignments. His last three work experiences before joining GLOW were as Policy Advisor – Swiss Development Cooperation Pakistan; Country / Programme Director Pakistan, Norwegian Refugee Council; and Technical Advisor for Asia & Middle East: Youth & Livelihoods, International Rescue Committee.


Armeen Ahmad: Program Officer
Armeen has been a part of the team at GLOW as a Programme Officer, since January 2021. She has completed her Master’s in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), UK, and her BSc in Political Science from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Pakistan.
Before joining our team, Armeen had previously worked with Debate Mate UK as a Mentor, working with High School Children, as well as having experience working in Emergency Healthcare for 4 years during her undergraduate degree. She has previously interned with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan. Armeen brings her research experience and vast experience in volunteering across the Global South to our team.
